Shipping and return policy

By making a purchase from us, you agree to be bound by the following Return and Refund Policy; ideally, you should read it in its entirety before submitting an order.

RETURNS

All sales on this site are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange of any product purchased on this site unless it is defective.

If you receive a defective product or if the order you received differs from your intended purchase, we will accept returns within 21 business days from the date your package was received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging in which it was received.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

We also require that all returns be accompanied by a written statement detailing the reason for the return. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Instead, contact our customer service department and send your package to the following address:

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within 30 business days of approval of your refund.

CHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace it with the same item, please send us an email to support@auctionshoponline.com and send your item to

Our products are shipped within 4-7 business days. We offer free shipping on any order, to all locations within Mexico. If you live outside of Mexico, additional shipping fees may apply. To return your product, you must mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $150, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
